"I first saw another quilt that Rachel did had made and loved it, but I thought that I couldn't part with my sorority t-shirts. But the trouble with sorority t-shirts is that most of them have dates on them, and I started to notice that mine were all 5 to 8 years old. I didn't want to be the old lady in last century's t-shirts! It was tough, but I boxed up the shirts and sent them to Rachel. I am so happy that I did... The quilt turned out so cute! Each panel reminds me of such good times that it's almost like a scrapbook. Plus, it was so soft from the beginning because the t-shirts have been washed for years, and it has continued to get snugglier over the years.
